Here at Soulmate HQ we are improving all aspects of our service as we are launching something extra special- premium lifestyle product ‘Soulmatelife’.
Having taken on board our customers’ feedback, we have been looking at different solutions to upgrade our delivery service. We are changing to a national service with more flexibility to track and arrange deliveries, thus improving the level of input and communication to enhance your experience and convenience.
DPD provide a text and email confirmation with a 1 hour time slot for all deliveries, making your experience much more smooth and convenient. Their app is an essential download to track and edit your delivery as you see fit.
All food deliveries will now be made on a Sunday 7am-5pm and a Wednesday 7am-12pm (7am-5pm for all outer areas). You are able to track your delivery using the DPD app which you can download HERE. A safe place must be specified if you are not in to take the delivery or the order will be destroyed at the depot due to the nature of the goods.

When will my plan arrive?
All deliveries are made on a Sunday between 7am-5pm and Wednesday 7am-12pm (7am-5pm in the outer areas) with our courier DPD. This is to ensure your meals are ready to start on the Monday and then again on the Thursday. Each delivery contains 3 days of food.
How can I track my delivery?
An email address and mobile phone number must be entered when placing your order. From this your delivery can be tracked using the DPD app with your tracking reference supplied via email. You will also receive an email and a text message from DPD confirming a 1 hour time slot for your delivery.
Will there be an increase in delivery cost?
No, delivery costs will remain the same at £7.50 per delivery.
How will my delivery arrive?
All meals are packed up and sealed in a Styrofoam box with ice packs to keep the food chilled which is then placed in a Soulmatelife box. Once received the meals should be refrigerated immediately.
What if I miss my delivery?
When placing your order please ensure you enter an address where someone will be in to take the delivery. If nobody is available to take the parcel you will be asked for a safe place to leave it. If no safe place is specified, the courier will be unable to deliver and no re-delivery attempt will be made.
Can I rearrange my delivery?
No. When placing your order, you will be asked for a safe place to leave the delivery if there is no one in to receive it. If no safe place is specified, the courier will be unable to deliver and no re-delivery attempt will be made due to the order being fresh produce. This is for the customers own safety.
